Queues an Excel export of the certificates of the caller's company's suppliers, narrowed by filter (a JSON-encoded CertificationMetricsFilter; its lists, arrays or comma-separated strings). The file is built in the background: its link lands on the export history and the caller is notified. Dates in the file are shown in the x-timezone header's timezone (UTC without it).
