The certificate-compliance dashboard's numbers

For the company's suppliers (linked companies its profile marks a supplier, or gives no connection type): the approved certificates not expired today and the % of suppliers holding one, approved certificates by expiry month (EXPIRED and the current month and next four) and by production step, and every certificate not expired before this month by review status. filter is a JSON-encoded CertificationMetricsFilter; its lists, arrays or comma-separated strings, narrow every count. Days and months are read in the x-timezone header's timezone (UTC without it). Only the company itself or Retraced staff may read it.
