The approved certificates of the company's suppliers valid on some day between startDate and endDate (the past year without both), per standard, most first. A certificate without an expiry date never expires; one without an issue date was always issued. filter is a JSON-encoded CertificatesByStandardFilter; its lists, arrays or comma-separated strings, narrow the count. Days are read in the x-timezone header's timezone (UTC without it). Only the company itself or Retraced staff may read it.
