Order Tracing - Purchase Orders

The companies other than the caller's on the traces of the given purchase orders — each once, in the order the traces reach them. hasParticipantConnection: true keeps only those in the caller's network, false (the default) only those not yet in it. 400 invalid_order_id when any id is not a live purchase order. Used to pick companies to connect as suppliers or to invite to an assessment.
