Sets order.status on the caller's purchase orders among ids (archived ones included) and on their shadow Order Hub orders, in one transaction. Ids that are not the caller's live purchase orders are skipped; the answer lists the orders changed, in the order asked (empty when none). The partners of each changed order with a tracing link are notified in the background.
