Order Tracing - Purchase Orders

Removes one of the purchase orders the caller's company created, with its tracing order and the sales order on the other side: both orders and the tracing order are marked removed, the order's tracing link and the links it was reflected onto are disconnected, and their shadow Order Hub orders are deleted. 404 not_found when the order is missing or removed, or the caller is not on its trace; 400 unable_to_delete when another company created it or it has no tracing link. The partners' views are refreshed in the background.
