Rotate the session registration credential

EXPERIMENTAL: This API may change without notice.

Creates or rotates the project-scoped, write-only session registration token. Returns the credential and registration endpoint as structured data for API clients. The token is shown only in this response, and calling this operation again immediately invalidates the previous token. Call it only when you intend to install or rotate the integration.
