Get an exploration with the journeys it discovered and the bugs associated with it

Returns the exploration plus journeys (the journeys it created/updated) and bugs (polish-pass findings against the exploration's own recording). Each discovered journey's own bugs are available via GET /journeys/{journey_id}.
