Analyze an uploaded Replay recording of a failed Playwright attempt

Queues a recording-only investigation in an active project. Repeated submissions for the same CI run, test, retry and recording reuse the analysis. Costs one task credit. Does not explore the live target or automatically file findings as bugs.
