Update Monitor

Pause/resume (active), re-cadence, or replace a monitor's filter. Passing filter_spec REPLACES the whole filter — it does not merge, so resupply every field you want kept, including subreddit. Returns 404 monitor_not_found if the id is not yours. Cost: Free per call.

Set false to pause the monitor, true to resume it.

cadence_sinteger

New poll interval in seconds, same tier-floor clamping as Create Monitor.
