Delivery History
The actual posts a monitor's webhook has received (or attempted), newest first, with real content (title, subreddit, permalink, author) — not just counts. Each delivered item also carries an enrichment object: a keyword-match relevance score, a lexicon-based sentiment polarity, and a rule-based intent tag, all computed at no extra cost (never a machine-learning or LLM call — see the Delivery History section of the Endpoints doc for the exact shape). Omit id to aggregate history across every monitor you own. Cost: Free per call.

Query parameters
Narrow to one monitor's history. Omit to aggregate across every monitor you own.
Filter to one delivery status: pending | delivered | failed | dead | suppressed.
Max rows to return, 1-200 (default 50).
ISO-8601 cursor — pass the created_at of the oldest row from the previous page to fetch older deliveries.
