Bulk-protect creators from GMV Max auto-exclusion

Add a list of creator handles to this shop's GMV Max allow-list in one call (an imported roster). Case-folded duplicates collapse; already-protected handles are counted in already_protected, not re-written. Each newly-protected creator also has any existing exclusion removed. Requires read_write scope and an Idempotency-Key. Single shop only.
