Remove a creator from this shop's GMV Max allow-list, returning them to normal bottom-of-funnel auto-exclusion eligibility. handle is the creator's TikTok handle (from GET /gmv-max/protected-creators). Removing a creator who isn't protected is a no-op that still returns 200 with removed: false. Requires read_write scope and an Idempotency-Key. Single shop only.
