Activate emergency stop

Immediately activates the emergency stop system to halt all reel motor operations.

When activated, the emergency stop system prevents any motor movement commands from executing, ensuring safe shutdown of reel operations. The system maintains its emergency stop state until explicitly deactivated.

Emergency stop activation is a critical safety operation that takes priority over all other reel functions. Normal reel operations cannot resume until emergency stop is deactivated.
