Update a draw

Partially updates a draw: only fields present in the request change.

state declares a target state; Rabbet records the transition (with full history) dated by state_date, which defaults to today and must not be in the future. Funding a draw ("state": "funded") also runs funding side effects such as compliance checks.

To import a draw's history, create it and then apply its attributes and transitions in order, e.g. submitted_date and submitter_id followed by "state": "funded" with the funded state_date.

States that may be declared via the API.

state_datestring date

Date of the state transition. Defaults to today; must not be in the future. Only meaningful alongside state.
