Agent performance at merge: per model and client, the verified fix rate

The issues found in the editor, grouped by the model, version and client of the check that found them, followed to the imported branch: not merged, verified fixed, reached the branch. The rate is verified fixed / (verified fixed + reached the branch); not merged issues are in no rate. 'Model not reported' rows last. Totals reconcile with cards 3 and 4. Organisation totals for the filters.
