Checked, not merged: files checked in the editor that have not reached the branch

Per developer × client × repository: files checked in the period, still inside retention, with no merged-file row of their path written after the check. A file counts once, for its latest check; oldest_check_at is its first. No path is returned. Self-only: a contributor sees their own rows unless an admin turned the team view on.
