Send the invite verification code (SMS invites)
SMS-channel invites only: sends a self-issued one-time code to the invited mobile, server-side — the client never sees the number. Sends are rate-limited per number and per IP; always returns 204 when the invite is eligible, so the response leaks nothing about send state.
