List a work item's async task runs

Returns the async tasks that ran (or are running) for the work item, in execution order — one row per task per state transition, with its status, attempt count, and last error. A read-only audit view of the durable run ledger; the set is small and bounded, so the list is not paginated. Reads are allowed in any lifecycle state.
