Get Clinic Timeline

Fetch paginated timeline events for a client that the clinician has access to.

Returns observations, milestones and appointments grouped chronologically - the clinical spine (CLINIC_ENTRY_TYPES) - plus the documents a clinician uploaded. The family's own uploads stay the Records tab's job; email and task entries are family-only at the source and are additionally blocked for clinicians in RLS. Clinician must have an active (non-expired) access grant for this child.
