Get Funnel Dashboard

D.4 — richer funnel view for the admin dashboard. Returns per- step counts WITH next-step conversion ratios, explicit dropoff edges with lost counts + median dwell time, and an individual- sessions list so Rob can click into any specific signup journey.

Real-human only: filters out rows authored by users marked is_test_user=TRUE. Events with user_id IS NULL (anonymous visitors pre-channel_connected) are kept.
