Analytics: sales funnel & outreach section

Signals-to-orders funnel (sdr-agent snapshot + primary-DB order trend) and reply-outreach approval stats for the /analytics sales-funnel-outreach section. The funnel and outreach sections resolve independently and are marked unavailable (never a wholesale 503) when the SDR console API is unconfigured or unreachable.
