Operations analytics: fulfillment lead time, order throughput, CX response time

Fulfillment lead time (order occurred → article published) and order-processing throughput, bucketed by granularity over the given date range (primary DB, always resolves). CX response time is included for shape parity but is always reported unavailable — no upstream system currently exposes it.
