Site Restore Status

Poll the progress of a restore started with POST /sites/{site_id}/restores. MPCP shows this progress live in the UI; these read-only endpoints return the same status and per-line log messages . The list endpoint returns a site's restores newest-first, so the most recent restore is the first entry.
