DNS Wizard Share-Link Handoff

Issues a DNS Wizard share link that an end user follows to point an existing domain at this site. This is the asynchronous companion to the synchronous POST /v1/sites/{site_id}/domains flow — useful when the API caller does not own the domain and needs the actual owner to walk through DNS setup themselves.
