Client Branding

Public, unauthenticated: the login page (pre-auth) fetches a client's non-secret branding (display_name/logo_url/accent_color) by client_id to co-brand the IdP login. Unknown client_id → 404 → default POZEIDON theme. Never exposes the secret hash or redirect_uris.
