Check video generation and publishing status

Returns a status snapshot in data.video (not a flat data object). For publishing, use data.video.publishing as the source of truth: per-platform state and retryable determine retry safety. The legacy video.status remains published, partial, or failed; when publishing needs review, it is partial if any platform succeeded and otherwise failed.
