Get User Subscription Status

Get subscription status for a user.

Pure-RevenueCat resolution (queried server-side only — the key never reaches a client): active entitlements decide the tier, none means NONE. The users row is consulted only for the bypass flag and as an outage-only fallback when RevenueCat is unreachable. Gift premium is granted as an RC promotional entitlement, so it resolves here like any other subscription.
