Save Audiobook For User

Deprecated: the legacy auto-save shelf (users.books_saved) is retired — explicitly saving via POST /saves (per-profile, profiles.saved_storybooks) is how foreign books are kept now. This endpoint survives only because older shipped iOS clients auto-call it whenever they open another user's book; it acknowledges without writing anything (users.books_saved is frozen). Do not reintroduce it.
