Get Characters For User

Fetch all characters that belong to a given user's ACTIVE PROFILE.

• Looks up rows in the characters table where user_id matches and the character belongs to the active profile (X-Profile-Id header; falls back to the account's default profile for legacy clients). • Returns a list of characters (can be empty if none exist). • Raises HTTP 404 if the user does not exist.
