Printify Webhook

Printify pushes order events here. Unauthenticated by design — the HMAC IS the authentication. Payloads are thin (a status, or a tracking number), so the event is a nudge: the authoritative state is re-fetched.

RESPONSE DISCIPLINE: Printify retries a failed delivery only 3 times and then blocks the webhook for an hour, so anything handled OR permanently unhandleable answers 200; non-200 only where a retry genuinely helps.
