Merch Checkout

Create the payment for a merch order — after the customer authorised in the Apple Pay sheet. Re-prices with the full address, verifies the total against what they were shown TO THE CENT, records the order, creates the PaymentIntent. Nothing is sent to Printify until the payment webhook lands.
