Mint Voice Ws Ticket

Mint a short-lived WebSocket ticket for Voice Live.

Use when the client cannot send Authorization headers on the WebSocket handshake (browsers). Do NOT put the JWT in the URL.

Flow:

  1. POST /audiobooks/voice/ws-ticket (Authorization: Bearer <jwt>)
  2. WS /audiobooks/voice/ws?session_id=...&ticket=<ticket>
