Polish Audiobook Text

Polish and improve grammar, punctuation, and flow in children's audiobook descriptions.

Reuses the same polish_text logic from stories. Can personalize text by replacing pronouns with character names.

Accepts JSON body with "text" field and optional "characters" list.
