Download Audiobook Pdf

Export a storybook as a downloadable PDF with iOS-matched text overlays.

Auth: authenticated user + (owner OR public OR valid share token).

TEMP: premium downloadAbility gate is disabled so any authenticated user can test PDF export. Re-enable the subscription check before launch if PDF download should remain a paid feature.

Response: application/pdf streaming body. Also caches the PDF in Supabase Storage at {audiobook_id}/exports/{fingerprint16}.pdf so unchanged storybooks are not regenerated.
