Get User Metrics

Get aggregated user analytics metrics from database.

Returns: - total_signins: Count of signin events - total_characters_created: Count of character creation events - total_stories_created: Count of story creation events - total_episodes_watched: Count of episode watch events

All metrics are calculated from users.data_tags array using SQL aggregation.
