GET /api/activity/reports/risk/member/history/

Return one member's daily advisory risk score snapshots (taken at 00:00 UTC) from start_date through end_date, a fixed 90 days ending today in UTC, oldest first. The list is sparse: a day with no snapshot, including a day the member was not scored, has no entry. Each day carries the model_version it was scored with; scores from different versions aren't comparable. Only a current member of the organization is addressable. Restricted to organization admins/managers or activity & security report viewers, and gated by both the activity-tracking and risk-scoring flags.
