POST /api/activity/ingest/

Ingest a batch of activity spans and span events for an organization. Records are attributed to the authenticated user and stamped with the organization's resolved policy. Returns 202 Accepted with the number of spans and events written. Gated by the activity-tracking organization feature flag.
