What actually happened today, for the empty state.

THE SCREEN USED TO SAY "You resolved 84 today at 99.1 percent" AND BOTH NUMBERS WERE HARDCODED, straight out of the design mock. Frederick read it after resolving three and said so. That is the same defect class as the drawn envelope: a real-looking figure that is simply made up, and the more plausible it looks the longer it survives.

The accuracy figure is gone rather than corrected. Accuracy needs ground truth -- what the envelope really said -- and nothing here knows that; the only honest measure would come from downstream corrections, which do not exist yet. A number nobody can compute should not be on a screen.
