Slack Events

Slack's Events API target. No Depends grant -- see this module's own docstring for why the signature check below is the entire authentication boundary.

Reads the raw body BEFORE any parsing, same reason apps/chatwoot/src/server.ts's own webhook does: the signature is over the exact bytes Slack sent, and re-serialising parsed JSON produces a different string that never verifies.
