Station Assertion Route

A short-lived, server-signed statement that says which workstation this agent is running on -- the one equipment.print_agent_id links it to. The agent serves it on 127.0.0.1 to the Roost web page in front of it, and the page hands it back to floor_blocks.clock.check_device_gate (floor_blocks.station_assertion).

Frederick, 2026-09-23: "You already have an agent running on all of them for the printing. Why can't that agent also register the workstation?" This is how it does: nobody visits a page, and the agent token that asks never leaves the agent.

404 when the agent is linked to no workstation -- a print server (the Linux box behind the Fiery) has no desk to vouch for, and says so rather than inventing one. 409 when it is linked to more than one.
