Awaiting Confirmation

One page of the jobs this agent submitted to a press that Roost has no ending for, with the press's own job ids (agent_service.awaiting_confirmation), and the cursor of the next page.

The agent asks at startup and every ten minutes after, paging until a page comes back short, and follows each job to the press's answer, so a job submitted before a restart, or by the older agent that stopped looking after twenty seconds, is not left submitted for ever (Frederick, 2026-10-08: "You have to know when something has been successfully printed or not."). A POST like every verb on this router, though it only reads.

Authenticated as a dependency (_require_agent), so an anonymous request is a 401 before anything else, like /telemetry and unlike the four older routes that check inside their bodies.
