Record Variant Event Route

Ruling gap #2338 Q5: a measured event (sent/replied/meeting_booked) for one wording variant, inside an already-APPROVED messaging version -- never on one still awaiting its own click. Recomputes the winner (if there is now enough signal) on every call, so a person reading winning_variant never has to run a separate step.
