Get Contractor App

The contractor's own phone app: standing, shifts, availability, scorecard. U3 fills shifts + availability (floor_blocks.service. contractor_shifts_view/contractor_availability_view); "My numbers" (Scorecard) is U5's own table (floor_blocks.routes.get_my_numbers's own body, app.modules.workforce.performance.scorecard_for_contractor). Everyone without floor:contractor gets a 403 here, never a page with nothing on it standing in for a lock. The page itself calls GET /api/floor/me/numbers directly rather than reading this field -- it is carried here too only so this one aggregated probe stays a true account of what the app shows.
