Ingest Confirmation Email Route

A supplier's order-confirmation email, forwarded and pasted in -- parses order number/items/price/shipping/tracking and matches it to the open part_orders row it belongs to. See docs/runbooks/ RUNBOOK_PART_SOURCING.md for the forwarding step.

⛔UPDATED 2026-09-30 (equipment.parts_spend): the Gmail poller now calls this automatically for every message it reads off tara@'s mailbox (customer_service.inbound._process_email -> parts_spend.handle_inbound_mailbox_email) -- this route stays for a person forcing a re-read of one email by hand (or a supplier this build's should_attempt_parts_parse heuristic missed), and unlike the automatic path it does NOT itself write supplier_order_confirmations or post to operating_costs -- it only updates the matched part_orders row(s), same as it always has.
