Mark Down Route
The one-click "Mark it down" the Equipment page's telemetry-mismatch banner offers (bug #4, 2026-09-30, PGN-RI-01/SC501-12): the machine's own last telemetry read showed active faults and then the link went quiet, but shadow mode had suppressed the DM and nobody had filed an issue -- status stayed 'up' with nothing on the page saying why. Files the repair exactly the way a manager typing it into chat would (repair_dispatch.dispatch_repair), never a second write path -- the title is built from the SAME last telemetry snapshot the banner reads (repair_dispatch._fault_text), and reports the existing ticket instead of a second one if somebody already filed it first.
