Search Facilities

The facilities that match what the agent typed in Add a contact's "Search facilities" box (Customer Dashboard.dc.html, dialog addcontact). Pigeonly's own search, read live and never stored: each hit's id is the facility_address_id the new contact is made against. On the write grant, the one the act runs under: only a person who may add a contact needs it. Under three characters it answers an empty list (contact_add.FACILITY_QUERY_MIN).
