Open Send Content

What the customer sent in ONE of their sends (the letter text and the photo links), read live for the order panel and never stored. 422 when the send is not this customer's; 502 permission_denied when Pigeonly's account for Roost lacks the role that reads content.

The letter's PDF link is NOT sent to the browser (issue #2004, 2026-10-08): the page is told only has_letter_pdf, and asks for the file through .../content/letter-pdf, where the server reads the link itself, checks it and fetches the object as Company OS.
