Client Traces

The caller's OWN run traces — the step-chain checkability view (DISPATCH- DECISION row 4). Rows were allowlist-projected at WRITE time, so this is a pure read of already-safe data. Key-bound and empty-safe; the same receipts are merged into the customer /runs list for ID verification.
