Owner Throughput

OWNER plane — the DIRECT end-to-end throughput of ONE flow (Jay, 2026-06-15): given a flow/recipe id (a yield-record id from /owner/library), return every section and variable it touches end to end — objective → inputs (IV) → decision-variables (DV) → constraints → ordered steps (with backends) → produces — plus the pivot_targets a caller can re-clamp to solve for a different piece. Pure read over the stored record; nothing fires an executor (honesty contract preserved: a FORK step is not a failure, a gate carries only a status). Additive; does not replace /execute or /result.
